Rapunzel for the Digi Bells today.

 

It is my turn to post some inspiration for the Elisabeth Bell , digi bells today, and I have chosen Rapunzel this time.

Kept quite simple this time . Coloured with copics.

 

I used some colours I haven't done before.

 

E81.84,87,89 for the green and E 93,95,97 for the peach.

 

The frame and heart are new Joy crafts dies.

TWO LITTLE LAMBS

Another quick post .

I was asked to make a card for a lady with this image.

Called Two Little Lambs" from Mo's Digital Pencil. This is what I came up with. She was very pleased with it.

I have coloured this with Polychromo's pencils.

 

 

Put on a Spellbinders frame.

The butterfly is from Joy crafts.I have put a little Antique Frantage around the image.


The lovely lace border at the bottom is a new Joanna Sheen die I just bought called " Isobel "

 

The flourish is from Memory box dies.

A little heart charm to finish it off.

Hello! Welcome to the new challenge from the Art by MiRan Facebook Challenge theme.

The second exciting new thing from Art by MiRan Facebook Challenge team this month is a new type of challenge. Previously we did 2 challenges a month - one themed and the other an Anything Goes. We are now combining those two and do a mixture of the two, but instead of one of those challenges we are doing a Progressive Challenge each month.

What is a progressive challenge I hear you say? Well I should tell you to just go to the Art by MiRan Facebook group and find out, but I'll tell you. Mi Ran has designed a special image for us to use and you can find out all the details of it in our Facebok group. ANOTHER LITTLE BIT OF SUGAR

I am so enjoying my Inktese pencils that I wanted to do another of these lovely little Sugar Nellies. They are just the cutest little girlies

I have put some stickles on her wings.

The little bow is from Sue Wilson. 

She is called " Little bit of gossip "  and you can find her

I had bought this stamp months ago , but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Well it turned up , just while I was enjoying these Sugar Nellie 

fairies. 

She is only in rubber at this stage but you can get her

here if you love her as much as I did. 

Done with inktense again.

I have stitched around the papers with my sewing machine.

And she has got glittery wings too. 

I want to wish all my lovely followers a very Blessed Christmas

SARAH KAY TIME !!

The greens make a nice change and this is a Sarah Kay stamp I have had for a while. You can still pick them up if you look around.

I have done this with distress inks, and a grey inktense pencil for the watering can.

                 The corner I got off the latest Tattered Lace magazine.

Frame is a Cherry Lyn. Joy crafts leaves flourish, and the other one is from memory box.

Colours used were . Old Paper, peeled paint, Tattered Rose , vintage photo and milled lavender. One thing about distress inks is that you dont use a million colours. Best to put all your copic techniques out of your mind when using them as well. 

SARAH KAY

I dont think I have posted a Sarah Kay card on here yet. I had to make a birthday card for a little girl and chose this one. I think you can still get some of these from ebay, but as far as I know Sarah Kay is no longer making stamps. 

She is a real sweetie. 

I used a new Magnolia tag die that I got this past week.

And nice flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts,

POLKA DOODLES BEAUTY

When I saw this stamp I knew I had to put her on a card. You can get her at Polka Doodles digis. She has some very cute stamps and you can get her here.

I really must stop taking pics at night as the light doesn't do justice to the photos. I was rushing to get this card finished today but had a few interuptions along the way.

She is coloured with copics. I have put liquid pearls around her hair.

I have also put little round spots on the background , just done with copics very light colours.The background papers are a Kaiser craft called Elegance. 

The butterfly just finishes it off nicely.

Colours used were, BG18,13,11,10 And her hair was done with 

E 70,71,74,77 and a little of RV 11 thrown in.

WHO WANTS TO GROW UP !!

Today I have made a lovely card using an Elizabeth Bell stamp from Whimsy. She is called Bella Sole, collecting daisies. I love these old fashioned girls. Isn't she sweet ?

I have used one of Noor design new dies for the frame. And a memory box die for the big flourish.

A little close up for you of the flowers, which of course come from Wild Orchid Crafts.The little tag is also from Whimsy  but it is a die from a stamps set. I have just made it into a tag.

LOTV FOR A CHANGE

I love these vintage look cards. That seems to be my comfort zone. This is a Lilli of the Valley Stamp. I have coloured her with one of my favourite colour combos. The RV 90,S and the V 90,S.
She is such a sweetie. 

Got to use some new dies I had arrive this past week. Kim over at SCRAPPYKAPERS is so helpful and will always get you what you want even if she doesn't have it in. 

The frame is a Joy Crafts die, the handbag is Joy crafts. The old gramaphone is a Tattered Lace die.Flourish from Memory box. And the gorgeous papers are from Basic Grey called Plumeria. 

YOU AND ME

I was asked if I could do some wedding cards. Have done a couple, but this one is a little different. It is a Tiddly Inks image. I really like it , because it is a little different. 

There is allsorts of die cuts on this card. The frame is from Marianne,the hearts are  a Memory Box die, the flourish is a Doo Hickeys die, and the Foxgloves are die cuts from Tattered Lace that my fiend Deb Sent me from the UK. Man I love those dies. 
I have embossed with silver the sentiments. Flowers are from wild orchid and some from my stash. They are coloured with copic markers and it was real easy as there were not many colours used.
Hair colours were, E 23,25,29,30 AND E 41,43,44,47,49.
The clothing was the greys. C 1,2,5,7,9.

GORGEOUS WHIMSY FAIRY GIRL.

I love this image. I dont take too well to fairies and mermaids and all those fantasy images that are around today , there are some pretty questionable ones out there . But this little girl is so special.

 

She is called Rosetta and she is a rubber stamp from Whimsy by Sylvia Zet.

I bought the lovely fabric flower off a lady on FB that makes and sells them and I have had to buy more from her, they are so gorgeous.

The papers are a Prima from the pad, Tea Thyme , I use this reluctantly as it is one of my favourite paper pads.The swirly die is from Memory Box.The sentiment is from LOTV.

FROG PRINCESS.

One of Krista's new digis over at Saturated Canary. Aint she just the sweetest little thing !! I am sure there are some frog lovers out there.

 

The little letter die is a Quickutz  die, I just had to have it when I saw it. The bow is a die from Cherry Lyn, And the background frame die is also from Cherry Lyn.  

ANGIE JAM GRUNGE !!

Here is Angie Jam from Saturated Canary . I figured not everyone likes pretty cards, but some of the comments that have been made on Face Book are , That she is Pretty anyways.

 

I think she is sooo hip !! The frame dies are from Spellbinders,the little hinge is a quickcutz die and the ticket sentiments are from Whimsy, with a matching die. The daisy I have made myself from a MFT Rolled daisy die.

Another Adorable Girl

Gosh I really love these images. They are just so lovely to color up.
I have been challenged to make some cards in colours I wouldn't normally use.Trouble is that it is difficult to find flowers of the same colour. I have made a couple of my own for this card. 

   

I love those nice big corner embellishments. The big blue flower I have made with a MFT rolled daisy die.
