ARTBYMIRAN PROGRESSIVE CHALLENGE ..

 

 

 

Well here we are again. I am running a little behind schedule at the moment , I have a new computer and it is taking me a little getting used to.

 

 

There is the monthly challenge at the Artbymiran Face book group. You can get the images free when you qualify for them.

 

 

 

 

I had quite a few comments about this card on my Face book group about the colouring.

 

I just got quite brave one day and thought " what the heck, just go for it,"

It is copics colours  B29,26,24,21 . G29,05,03.

 

There is some nice bling on this card too.

ROSETTA

Today I have made this card with Rosetta . An Artbymiran  digi image. I am quite pleased with the results. I have put a little gloss on her eyes and lips to make it pop. 

I have coloured her with copics.

The large flourish is from Cherry Lynn.

Colours used were 

Blues B29,26,24,21

Hair, E 57,55,53,50

Roses, Y,21  RV, 34,32,11

ANNABELLE

Hello Peeps. Well the year past ended up very nicely with my son from Chicago coming for a visit and my sister from New Zealand just leaving yesterday. Kinda leaves you with a lost feeling. Still the year ahead will be a very productive one I am sure.I know I have a very busy year with all my Design Teams and cards to make for them. I hope you will keep stopping by to see the latest.

This one I have made for fun, ( must be the hippie in me )  She is called ANNABELLE and is from Artbymiran. You can find her here.

She has gorgeous hair !! I have coloured her with copics. The background papers I just love and found them at Etsy for digi download. Here they are if you want to see them.

I have used wild orchid crafts flowers and the sentiment is from Little Darlings which I have stamped with Bamboo ink and embossed . 

The frame is from Joy Crafts Noor Design. I hope you like her.

Colours used were YG 93,95,97  Browns E41,42,43, and her red hair E07,09,29,02

Hello! Welcome to the new challenge from the Art by MiRan Facebook Challenge theme.

The second exciting new thing from Art by MiRan Facebook Challenge team this month is a new type of challenge. Previously we did 2 challenges a month - one themed and the other an Anything Goes. We are now combining those two and do a mixture of the two, but instead of one of those challenges we are doing a Progressive Challenge each month.

What is a progressive challenge I hear you say? Well I should tell you to just go to the Art by MiRan Facebook group and find out, but I'll tell you. Mi Ran has designed a special image for us to use and you can find out all the details of it in our Facebok group. If you use this image and enter the challenge, you will receive the image for next month's progressive challenge for FREE! Yes for free! So why not head over the Facebook group where you will find the link for the discounted image.

So here is my first card done as a designer for Artbymiran. with the image used for this challenge.

A LITTLE UNDER THE WEATHER. !!

ArtbyMiran has released a couple of new digis too. This one is actually called "Bedtime" but I thought she would make a get better soon card.

I have coloured her with distress inks. She came up well I thought, and I am getting better at them.

Colours were Victorian velvet for her dress, and weathered wood for the blues.

I have entered her in the Artbymiran challenge .

TULIPA !!

Awhile ago I won a few digis from Artbymiran , and wanted to get started colouring them up. Here is the first and she is called " Tulipa "  
I have been practicing my hair technique's and after many attempts I think this came out the best. 

Her girls are so unique and always have special eyes.

I have used copics colours for her dress

RV 91,93,95,99

and the tulips, V91,93,95,99

And her hair I have used e 57,59,42,53.

The border across the bottom are some new spellbinders

dies I got called A2 Scalloped borders one.

The sentiment is from Little Darlings.

Hello everyone. I was asked to be a guest designer over at Artbymiran for October, with the theme being Autumn colours.
Well I love her stamps and was happy to oblige.This is the first of two cards I made. The second will be shown later in the month.

Love these colours , should use them more I think.
