Hello everyone.... 

 

 

It seems so long since I have posted a card. I must admit, I have been struggling to get back into the swing of things since my holiday.

I have been working on my Digi Bells cards though.

 

 

I had a little break today and made this card, with a Sugar Nellie, Adorable range  , digi. She is called " Verity ".

 

 

I have done her with copics.

 

 

I used that gorgeous paper " Hearts Ease " by Couture Creations for this card. I am going to have to get another of them as I just want to use it all the time.

 

The butterfly is from a Spellbinders set.

The sentiment card is from the pad as well.

dress and bow  done with RV 99,95,93,91.

SUGAR BOWL CHALLENGE AND A LITTLE SWEETIE !!

A new challenge started today over at the Sugar Bowl.

 

This is the Sugar Nellie stamps challenge.

 

 

I have done this card for the challenge.

 

She is one of my favourites,as she reminds me so much of my daughter Natasha when she was a little girl x

 

 

 

I chose to go with apricots this time.

 

I have used a new Spellbinders die for the frame.

 

Noor design for the big flourish.

The sentiment is a little darlings stamp that I have embossed and put on a tag.

 

 

The cream rose button I got from Wild Orchid Crafts along with the flowers.

BIRTHDAY CARD FOR A DAUGHTER !!

I have a special card to share with you all today. I made this for my beautiful daughter for her 40th birthday. It reminded me so much of her as a little girl. I loved making this card with this Sugar Nellie image. 

Lots of detail in this card. She is coloured with copics. The flower die to the right is a Tattered Lace and I have embossed it and put glossy accents on to give them dimension.

A LITTLE BIT OF SUGAR FOR YOU.

Well here's another little bit of sugar for you all. 

I have been chosen for the Sugar Nellie Design team. It is so nice to be a part of  teams  with the stamps you most love to use.

There is a new challenge going over at the Sugarbowl and it would be nice to see you all there. I have used this yummy fairy stamp that is available in digi form at Funky Kits the home of Sugar Nellie stamps.

  
 I have coloured her with watercolour Inktense pencils. I love using these pencils and it always gives a lovely soft look. Butterfly border by Noor design. Lovely flowers fro Wild Orchid Crafts.

A GIFT WRAPPED FOR YOU

Enjoying these Sugar Nellie stamps so much I thought I would do another.

I have done this one with Inktense pencils.

Added some stickles to her wings.

The papers I found in the Tattered lace magazine and they went quite nicely.

I have added a little postcard charm.

And a rose flatback button .

I have put this card in the challenge at the Sugar Bowl.

ANOTHER LITTLE BIT OF SUGAR

I am so enjoying my Inktese pencils that I wanted to do another of these lovely little Sugar Nellies. They are just the cutest little girlies

I have put some stickles on her wings.

The little bow is from Sue Wilson. 

She is called " Little bit of gossip "  and you can find her

I had bought this stamp months ago , but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Well it turned up , just while I was enjoying these Sugar Nellie 

fairies. 

She is only in rubber at this stage but you can get her

here if you love her as much as I did. 

Done with inktense again.

I have stitched around the papers with my sewing machine.

And she has got glittery wings too.

A PRETTY LITTLE FAIRY

Here is a pretty little Sugar Nellie fairy that I have coloured up with inktense pencils and some distress inks. She is called "  Angelica "

I am loving using the inktense and distress inks as you get to mix up your own colours. They are so pretty and soft looking.

FLORAL LADIES.

Sugar Nellie bought out a couple of these floral ladies a while back, and they has such pretty faces I thought I would do one. 

I have coloured her with copics. 

The tag is a Magnolia die, and little hearts Memory boc dies.

VICTORIA

I have been waiting ages to post this card on my blog. A friend asked me if I would like to be her card buddy , which means I make her a card and she makes me one. So this is what I did for her. She loved this Sugar Nellie image called Victoria. 

Isn't she just a stunning little girl.? 

I have coloured her with copics. The frame is spellbinders.

I made the little envelope and stamped a whimsy tag on it

which I have embossed.

The heart is cherry Lyn.

I love this beautiful girl. Her name is Faith, from Sugar Nellie.

Another Little Vintage

Here is the other vintage Sugar Nellie card that I have done. Sorry I forgot to post it the other day, for those of you who were waiting to see it.

She is just so gorgeous.You can get these from Funky Kits as a digi or rubber stamp. I have coloured her with copics.
Hair E 50,51,53,55,57. Dress, BG 90,93,96. Roses, RV, 91,93,95,99. The frames are a spellbinders die. I hope you like her as much as I do.

Man I really didnt want to cut this paper I have been guarding it with my life. !!
